I have taken Food Writing at Media Bistro, Food Blogging as well as Food Styling at the French Culinary Institute and Food Photography at the International Center of Photography. Plus I have taken Essential Techniques of Cooking, The Private Chef and many more public classes at the Natural Gourmet Institute.
Other than that, I am an avid home cook who is slowly learning to make delicious and healthy recipes, usually by taking a recipe I know and love and making it better.
In the future, I am also planning to attend the upcoming Spanish Studies Program, headed up by Chef José Andrés, at the International Culinary Center.
